Some users have reported issues with the SurfEasy application since updating their Windows computer to version Windows 10 Redstone 5.
If your Windows computer has recently had an update, or if you are experiencing issues with SurfEasy and do not recall any update, please uninstall any current version of the SurfEasy application from your device, (follow the instructions here https://support.surfeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002451126-How-To-Uninstall-SurfEasy-VPN-on-Windows-10-, and install the application again directly from the accounts page.
