If you are experiencing a Tap Driver error or Unsigned driver message, please complete the below steps.
STEP 1: Click on the Start Menu and in the search box type: Device Manager and open "Device Manager"
STEP 2: Under "Network adapters", right-click SurfEasy TAP - Windows Adapter v9"
STEP 3: Click on the option for "uninstall". Check "Delete the driver software from this device.
STEP 4: Download and install the latest update for surfeasy from http://updates.surfeasy.com/downloads/se0200/SurfEasyVPN-Installer.exe
