If your subscription is not updating please try the following steps:
Step 1: Tap on the menu in the iOS application. This is the three horizontal bars in the top left corner of the application’s display and tap on “Help”
Step 2: Tap on “Restore Purchases”
Step 3: Tap on “Continue” and follow the prompts on the screen.
If this fails, please click on the "report a problem" link in the confirmation email that was sent to you after your purchase. Apple will, at their discretion, provide a refund. If you purchase the upgrade directly through your SurfEasy account, the subscription will be immediately applied. You can login to your account by going to the link provided below.
