Please complete the following steps to get back up and running:
STEP 1: Ensure the VPN is turned OFF
STEP 2: Open the SurfEasy App
STEP 3: Tap on Select Region
STEP 4: Tap on the region you wish to connect to or Optimized
STEP 5: Allow the profile to install again
STEP 6: Try selecting the region in VPN settings and turn the VPN ON
If the above fails to connect and you are a Starter VPN user, please turn off the VPN again and check the SurfEasy app page. If the indicator show you are over your monthly limit, you need to acquire more data to continue.
If you are not a Starter VPN user or you have data available, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us if you are able to connect through other regions or are all regions showing as "No Internet". Please also let us know your router's make and model. Some routers are no able to handle different types of encryption, this can be a symptom of that problem.
