This error occurs if your SEData drive is full or close to being full. Follow these steps to get back up and running:
Step 1: After entering your password go to the SEData drive in Computer
Step 2: Remove any files that you may have saved manually to this drive
Step 3: Open the folder .se, then the sub-folders browser and profile
Step 4: In the profile folder delete any folders with "cache" in the title.
Step 5: Please also delete any file named urlclassifier3.sqlite or urlclassifier3
Then remove the SurfEasy and try again. If this doesn't resolve the problem, please get in touch (firstname.lastname@example.org).
To prevent this error in the future, please do not store files in the SEData drive and clear all non-essential data regularly by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE (Windows) or COMMAND+SHIFT+DELETE (Mac) in the SurfEasy Browser and clear the browser's cache.
