At last I thought I found a secure and non malicious privacy program for secure privacy for my two teens doing online research for their school projects. At first SurfEasy seemed flawless then the concerning problems arrose: repetitive crashes which requireed numerous reboots. Next came the repetitive request to upgrade to block AD's - something I did when I first installed SurfEasy. Knowing that I had already did that when I first instlled the program I clicked on update to get what I have aleady paid for. I have now discovered each time I clicked on the update link I was being recharged. But in light of the next issue I am experiencing with AVG and SurfEasy, in my opinion, is borderline international crime: the inability to unensta or delete SurfEasy program from Windows 7; nor can I through AVG Proffessional Ativirus Program delete and shred SurfEasy files. AVG recommens that that the users of their antivirus also download SurfEasy also. In good faith I trusted their recommendation to alonly discover that the AVG Corporate and SurfEasy Corporate is using malicious spy software on American citizens who download their SurfEasy program and even - perhaps - AVG Antivirus program.
