Net7 denotes that SurfEasy has encountered a block due to a firewall. If this is your own home computer, please go to your security software settings or your firewall settings and make sure SurfEasy VPN is an allowed program.
If you are using SurfEasy on a work computer or on an open network, the firewall may be blocking SurfEasy or our encryption type on the network/router level. Unfortunately, in this case, SurfEasy VPN will not be able to function.
