When you first run SurfEasy VPN for Mac you will receive two prompts requesting your permission. The first prompt will be in regards to the VPN profile which is installed on your Mac. The profile must be installed for the VPN to be able to establish it’s secured connection. When the first prompt appears you will need to click on “Allow” to allow the profile to be installed.
The second prompt will request permission for SurfEasy to run on this computer. When the prompt appears please click on “Always Allow”.
The second prompt here is a result of the Mac App being better integrated with the Mac operating system. The prompt gives your OS permission to access information in the keychain, in order to authenticate with our VPN servers, making the service more streamlined and easy to use.
Step 1: Allow the VPN configurations

Step 2: Allow your OS to access information in the keychain

The password being requested in this prompt will be your Mac password, not the password you have set for SurfEasy.
